About The Friends of Center School

The Friends of Center School is a 501(c)3 established in 2023 to support the maintenance and restoration of the 1903 Center School building on Lopez Island in Washington State as listed on the Washington Heritage Register and National Register of Historic Places, and to maintain community access to the building for celebrations, gatherings and events supporting arts, education, recreation & cultural activities. In the present day, Center School is known as Lopez Island Grange.

Tax deductible donations to support the restoration and maintenance of the historic Center School, currently Lopez Grange can be made via Friends of Center School.
